I stayed in the Beautiful Double Room. Cleanliness and location stood out positively, but the outdated amenities were disappointing.

Twin room with a bathtub was ready when we checked-in. There where an electric kettle and refrigerators.

The room had a fantastic modern look with fresh flooring. The bathtub added a charming touch that I really enjoyed. I appreciated the attention from the staff. They were respectful throughout my stay. The proactive offer for an upgrade showed great service. Some areas certainly need attention. I noticed the hallways and floors required thorough cleaning. Unfortunately, there was a notable smell in some areas that could be improved with better air fresheners. The absence of a kettle in the room was slightly inconvenient, although the kitchen did lend me one. I found the experience satisfying, but the hotel would greatly benefit from addressing cleanliness and freshness issues.

Everything was simply good. We had a warm time in this family-friendly hotel in Karachi. The a double room we stayed in was big and impressive. Could use climate control, an individual safe and cable TV with on-demand movies.

clean place, staff are nice, location is great and nice. make sure you stay in the double room with a bathtub. nice touch to have a safe, a mini bar, and a stone fireplace. all in all they offer terrific service. parking is on-site.

The room I had was newly renovated, with fresh flooring and modern LED TVs, made for a comfortable stay, especially given the reasonable pricing I snagged through Expedia.

The location leaves much to be desired. It's close to a few less-than-pleasant sights. The breakfast options were limited, with only a basic buffet that missed the mark on variety. My suite's jacuzzi was not functional, and I encountered issues with water supply going entirely off at times. The general area outside can feel a bit unsettling with the constant presence of beggars, a distraction when trying to enjoy a simple walk.

Water supply issues need addressing!!! Jacuzzi cleanliness must improve!!! Noise from maintenance late at night is disruptive!!! Smells and sanitation around the surrounding area require attention!!!

Cozy room, attentive staff, with a conveniently located hotel that offers a peaceful atmosphere right next to restaurants, and has efficient wi-fi for staying connected.

Almost perfect.

The AC worked well. The staff was friendly, we had everything we needed. We found it convenient to reach nearby attractions and enjoyed the lively atmosphere around the hotel.

One downside was the outdated gym facilities, which could use some serious improvement.

The location was excellent, within walking distance to food shops and close to the Antrium Mall. The facilities were accommodating, with accessible amenities. The staff were helpful and attentive.
